Grant Stewart MRICS Director.

Grant has operated as a General Practice Surveyor within the Highlands and Islands for the past 26 years, during which time he has been resident in Inverness. Grant has worked for Graham & Sibbald Chartered Surveyors (1983 - 1992), Kean Kennedy (North Partnership) (1992 - 1995), J & E Shepherd Surveyors (1995 - October 2005). Grant took up the position of Director with Burns and Partners Ltd in November 2005, and assumed complete control of the business in November 2008. The firm was re-branded in February 2009 as Grant Stewart Chartered Surveyors.

Neil Calder BSc MRICS

Neil has over 11 years surveying experience operating within the Highlands and Islands. He is responsible for the day-to-day commercial agency cases and assists with all aspects of commercial property management to business parks and multi-occupied commercial premises. Neil provides advice to a wide range of clients in respect of land, retail, industrial and office property and undertakes development appraisals, rent reviews and lease renewals. He has previously worked for J & E Shepherd (May 2000 - Oct 2005) and Burns and Partners (Nov 2005 – Feb 2009).

Diane Rennie MA (Hons)

Diane has operated as a General Practice Assistant Surveyor within the Highlands and Islands for the past 5 years, during which time she has been resident in Inverness. Diane is responsible for the day-to-day commercial property management of business parks and multi-occupied commercial premises within Inverness and the surrounding area and she also assists with rent review cases and the commercial agency department. A graduate from the University of Aberdeen, Diane gained an MA (Hons) in Economic Science and Management Studies in 2006 and is currently undertaking a postgraduate degree in Urban Real Estate Management and Development at Heriot-Watt University.
